CreatePassKeyFile: Access to the path...\pass.tpi is denied

If you receive this message when starting Transaction Pro Importer/Exporter 5.0 or Deleter 2.0:  
Error: 9998001 - CreatePassKeyFile: Access to the path...\pass.tpi is denied

Make sure you have write permissions to the following folder on this machine:   C:\ProgramData\01 Transaction Pro Importer (or Exporter) 5.0.
