How do I upload a backlog of old expenses?

Hi,
 
As you can probably tell by my question, I am new to Transaction Pro.
 
I have a backlog of expenses which I would like to add to my QB Online account. So far though, I cannot find the right tab in the Template Excel. It's not 'Bills' because I have already paid the suppliers/expense. Which tab should I use to transfer my old purchases/expenses into QBO?

If these are paid transactions you can either use checks or purchases cash for the import type.
