The application has already been subscribed to by another user for this company.
You are receiving this error because someone else has already signed up for a Transaction Pro Importer subscription for this company file. You need to request that the user that signed up initially for the application invite you as a user. They can do this by launching the App at https://importer.transactionpro.com/
and signing in with Intuit. After the application has been launched select settings in the upper right of the web browser and select Add User.

How to Add Another Company to your Subscription
Go to https://importer.transactionpro.com/
and sign in. In the upper right mouse over your company name and in the drop-down select Add another Transaction Pro subscription.
I have been invited as a user to the Transaction Pro Importer application but I cannot access the App from within QuickBooks Online.

How to update your Credit Card
To update the credit card for your existing subscription, follow these steps:
- Use URL https://importer.transactionpro.com/ to login to tpi.
- Select “Connect to QB” button, if it is already connected go to step 4
- Select the company you want to use and authorize.
- Go to settings Menu
- On the profile tab, select Add card
- Update your credit card information and Submit card details; make sure card is successfully saved. You can see the message on the top left corner.

- Click on my apps
- Go to settings
- Go to Upgrade subscription
- Upgrade your current subscription.
How to Cancel your Subscription
Sign in with your Intuit credentials at https://importer.transactionpro.com/ and select Home in the upper right and select My account . Go to Manage my Apps tab and select the link: Cancel subscription.
