If you receive a notification from Transaction Pro that your subscription did not renew as we were unable to charge your credit card please follow the steps below.
- Use URL https://importer.transactionpro.com/ to login to tpi.
- Select “Connect to QB” button.
- Select the same company that is cancelled and authorize.
- This will take you to upgrade subscription and ask you to update card.
- Select menu “My account” and then click “Add card” from profile tab.
- Update your credit card information and Submit card details; make sure card is successfully saved.
- After the card is saved, it will take you to upgrade subscription, you can choose the plan and check terms and service and click Upgrade button. Now the card is submitted and your credit card is charged.
- Your subscription is now renewed and ready to be used.
