Trouble Upgrading to a Paid Subscription [Add/Update credit card]- Transaction Pro Importer/Exporter for QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks Online > Intuit App Center - Transaction Pro Importer for QuickBooks Online

If you receive a notification from Transaction Pro that your subscription did not renew as we were unable to charge your credit card please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to https://importer.transactionpro.com/
  2. Select the “Transaction Pro Importer/Exporter” from the Login menu.
  3. Select the “Sign in with Intuit button” to login to the app.
  4. You can see all your subscriptions. Select any one of the app . [This step is only for users who is subscribed to multiple companies otherwise go to step 5.]
  5. Go to settings menu and click “Edit user profile”
  6. Updated the card information and click “Submit card details” button.
  7. You will see the success message on the top.
  8. You can now renew/upgrade the subscription.
Congratulations! Now your new card is updated.
 
Note: In step 6, if you see an error message instead of success message, try the step 6 again.  If error continues, take the screen shot of the error along with your QBO company name and email ID and email to support@transactionpro.com
