Intuit App Center: Formatting of Accounts for use with Transaction Pro Importer for QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks Online > Intuit App Center - Transaction Pro Importer for QuickBooks Online
If using accounts in your import file make sure that you only include the account name or the account number.

If you are using account numbers include the lowest sub-account number in your import file and turn on the option in the Transaction Pro Importer App to "Enable Account Numbers on Transactions."

if you are using account names be sure to include both the account and the sub-account separated by a colon (eg Account:Sub-Account).

If you are importing journal entries the accounts must exist in your QuickBooks Online company file pre-import.

You say "If you are using account numbers include the lowest sub-account number in your import file and turn on the option in the Transaction Pro Importer App to "Enable Account Numbers on Transactions." THERE IS NO SUCH OPTION ON THE TEMPLATE!!!!

What you need to do is look for the options button below the data grid and then look for the option to enable account numbers and check the box and select save.
