Issues with Customers, Vendors, Employees or Items not being found by Transaction Pro Importer 5.0 for QuickBooks

QuickBooks Desktop (Pro, Premier or Enterprise) > Transaction Pro Importer
Within the Transaction Pro Importer we have options to not add new list items or to do a cross reference.  

If after selecting next on the mapping screen you receive an error that the list item does not exist please go though the following steps until this is resolved:
  1. For the crossreference features review the blog article above and make sure the data in QuickBooks is an exact match and that the data is populated in the correct field.
  2. For the do not add new list items make sure that your data is formatted correctly.  Read more on our blog.
  3. Sort the list in QuickBooks read more on the QuickBooks Support Pages.  Retry the import after this step.
  4. Run a rebuild of the QuickBooks company file.  Read more on the QuickBooks Support Pages.  Retry the import after this step.
  5. Add the command line parameter:  /SMALL_QUERY.  Read more here.
