How to upgrade to paid subscription - Transaction Pro Importer/Exporter for QuickBooks Online

How to upgrade to paid subscription in Transaction Pro Importer Plus for QuickBooks Online 
Step 1: Connect Transaction Pro Importer Plus to Your QuickBooks Company File
 
For Single subscription i.e. users who are subscribed to only 1 QBO company:
  1. Go to https://importer.transactionpro.com/
  2. Select the “Transaction Pro Importer/Exporter” from the Login menu.
  3. Select the “Sign in with Intuit button” to login to the app.
  4. Select “Connect to QB” button.
  5. Select the same company that is on trial and/or cancelled and authorize.
  6. This will take you to upgrade subscription and ask you to update card.
  7. Select the right plan and check the “Terms of service”.
  8. Select the “Upgrade” button.
  9. It will ask you to update your card detail and apply promo code(applicable for new app, if provided by TPI support team). Enters all information and check the confirmation check box and click “Confirm” button.
  10. You will see the success message on the top. Now your subscription is upgraded.
  11. You will also receive email with the confirmation of your upgraded subscriptions.
Congratulations! You are now subscribed to the app. If you need to add additional users mouse over Settings in the upper right hand corner of the website and select Add User.
 
Note: In step 10, if you see an error message instead of a successful message, try the step 9 again. If error continues, take the screen shot of the error along with your QBO company name and email ID and email to support@transactionpro.com
 
For Multiple subscription i.e. users who are subscribed to multiple QBO companies:
  1. Go to https://importer.transactionpro.com/
  2. Select the “Transaction Pro Importer/Exporter” from the Login menu.
  3. Select the “Sign in with Intuit button” to login to the app.
  4. You can see all your subscriptions.
  5. Select the one that is either on trial and/or cancelled and authorize.
  6. This will take you to upgrade subscription and ask you to update card.
  7. Select the right plan and check the “Terms of service”.
  8. Select the “Upgrade” button.
  9. It will ask you to update your card detail and apply promo code(applicable for new app, if provided by TPI support team). Enters all information and check the confirmation check box and click “Confirm” button.
  10. You will see the success message on the top. Now your subscription is upgraded.
  11. You will also receive email with the confirmation of your upgraded subscriptions.
