QBSDK Log File - Used for Troubleshooting

QuickBooks Desktop (Pro, Premier or Enterprise) > Transaction Pro Importer
For troubleshooting purposes we may ask you to send us a QBSDKLOG.txt file.  If we ask you do this please follow the steps below.

First take a look to see if you have a qbskdlog.txt file.  If you do rename this file to qbsdklogold.txt.  

You can check for this file in the following directories:  

For Windows 7/8 go to C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks and edit the qbsdk.ini file.

For Windows XP and Vista
go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Intuit\QuickBooks and edit the qbsdk.ini file.

Add/Edit the following lines:

[Log]
Level=verbose
UnlimitedSize=Y
[Parser]
DumpRequestData=Y

Restart QuickBooks and run the commands that causes the problems.
Zip and upload the qbsdklog.txt file in this folder.

When we're all done, don't forget to restore the Level in qbsdk.ini to:
Level=info
