How can I tell if my computer is running a 32-bit or a 64-bit version of Windows? 
To find out if your computer is running 32-bit or 64-bit Windows, do the following:
1. Open System by clicking the Start button  , clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking System.
2. Under System, you can view the system type.

How to Register 32 Bit DLL in Windows XP 32 Bit OS

1. Open the Start Menu and click Run (if you don’t see the Run command you need to enable this feature by customizing the start menu. Right click on the Start menu, click properties and then choose customize. Then enable the run command) 
2. Type the following command and click OK (substitute with the file name of your choice)
 
regsvr32 COREOBJX62.DLL


How to Register 32 Bit DLL in Vista 32, Windows 7 or Windows 10 32 Bit OS

1. Open the Start Menu.
2. In the white line (Start Search) area, type cmd
Right click on cmd (at top), and click on Run as administrator.
3. Click on Continue in the UAC prompt.
4. Type the following command and click OK (substitute with the DLL of your choice)
 
regsvr32 COREOBJX62.DLL


How to Register 32 Bit DLL in Vista 64, Windows 7 or Windows 10 64 Bit OS 
 
Make sure the DLL is copied to c:\windows\syswow64 folder before starting this procedure
 
1. Open the Start Menu.
2. In the white line (Start Search) area, type cmd
Right click on cmd (at top), and click on Run as administrator.
3. Click on Continue in the UAC prompt.
4. Type the following command and click OK (substitute with the file name of your choice)
 
regsvr32 "c:\windows\syswow64\COREOBJX62.DLL"
