If after launching Transaction Pro Importer you are not logged in this is because your Internet Security settings are set to high. Follow the instructions below to resolve this.
1. Open up Internet Explorer.
2. Select the Gear Icon in the Upper Left Hand Corner of the website.
3. Select Internet Options.
4. Select the Privacy Tab.
5. Under Select a setting for the Internet Zone the slider needs to be set at Medium or below.
6. Select the Apply Button.
7. Close the browser and reopen it.
