Transactions or List Items are not being deleted

QuickBooks Desktop (Pro, Premier or Enterprise) > Transaction Pro Deleter
If you are noticing that the transactions or lists are not being deleted in your QuickBooks company file here are a few things that you can check.
 
  1. Make sure that you are actually deleting the transactions by selecting the delete Txns button on the bottom left hand corner of the application just to the left of the Exit Button.
  2. Try manually deleting the transactions/lists in QuickBooks.  If you cannot delete the transactions/lists manually no third party tool can delete these either.  For list items if any transactions are using that list item QuickBooks will not let you delete them.  Also if the transactions were created as part of a Clean Up of a company file these cannot be deleted either.
  3. If you have already tried steps 1 and 2 you can send us the deleter log.  For example purposes lets assume that your windows user name is Karen and that you are deleting invoices.  You would find this file at:
    C:\Documents and Settings\Karen\My Documents\01 Transaction Pro Deleter 2.0
    Invoice Delete Log.txt

I have tried 1. several times and it works in your program but the Sales Orders are still in quickbooks.

Item 2. How do made a list of all outstanding sales orders in Enterprise 15 and delete them all at the same time

Please send the Deleter log that is referred to in Point 3 to support@transactionpro.com. Sorry we do not have a filter for open/closed on sales orders in our Deleter application.
